    Needs Assessment
Perceptions of intellectual capital currency in the global era have resulted in an increased demand for human resources managers in knowledge driven economies. HRM is currently riding the crest of a tidal wave of popularity. A survey made showed that a record number of women and men alike are embracing the HRM qualification as a life style. Prospective students are finding HRM qualifications appealing, mostly because HRM offers them a vibrant vision of the ways in which they may fulfil the highest potential in people management.
